Shipping Policy

At Wrexham Bean Co., we roast and dispatch to order. This policy explains where we ship, how long orders take, and what happens if delivery issues arise.

Products on display in-store can be ordered for delivery

Products displayed in our store are available to order and can be shipped directly to customers at checkout, subject to stock and shipping zone availability.

1. Shipping zones

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

2. Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • During peak periods, launches, promotions, or severe weather, processing may take longer.

3. UK shipping options

Available at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.95 estimated 1-2 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99 estimated 2-3 business days
  • Standard (orders £50 and up): Free, estimated 2 to 4 business days

4. USA shipping

Available at checkout:

  • Standard International: $25.00, estimated 3 to 17 business days

USA orders are shipped using a range of international delivery partners selected by us at dispatch, depending on destination, service reliability, and customs routing.

5. Canada shipping

Available at checkout:

  • Standard International: £20.00, estimated 3 to 17 business days

Canada orders are shipped using a range of international delivery partners selected by us at dispatch, depending on destination, service reliability, and customs routing.

6. Delivery estimates

  • All delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Transit delays can occur due to weather, customs, carrier backlogs, industrial action, or other events outside our control.
  • Where required by law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Tracking

  • Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and delivery attempts.

8. Customs, duties, and import taxes (international)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or charges applied by destination authorities.

9. Delivery address accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays, failed delivery, or return-to-sender may occur.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to address error, refusal, or non-collection, we may deduct unrecoverable shipping/return costs before issuing any eligible refund.

10. Failed delivery, refusal, or uncollected parcels

If delivery is attempted but not completed, or a parcel is refused/uncollected:

  • redelivery may require additional postage charges, and/or
  • any eligible refund may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping and return costs.

11. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly at hello@wrexhambean.com with:

  • order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • shipping label photo where possible

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights and our refund policy.

12. Lost parcels

A parcel is not considered lost until the carrier’s investigation process confirms loss. Once confirmed, we will provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund) as appropriate.

13. Split shipments

We may split an order into multiple parcels where necessary. If we do, we will notify you where possible. You will not be charged extra shipping solely because we split shipment operationally.

14. Service changes

Shipping methods, carriers, rates, and eligibility thresholds may change at any time. The shipping terms shown at checkout at the time of purchase apply to that order.
