12. Out of Stock Items

  • In the event that any of our coffee products become temporarily/permanently out of stock, we will notify you in advance via email.
  • You will have the option to either:
    • Delay the shipment of your subscription until the product is back in stock.
    • Substitute the out-of-stock product with an available product of equal or greater value of the same size.
    • Cancel your subscription for that specific period without incurring any charges.
  • We will make every effort to minimize disruptions to your subscription caused by out-of-stock items.
