Gingerbread latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup of brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon of gingerbread syrup (or homemade gingerbread spice mix)
- 1/2 tablespoon of molasses (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ground cinnamon or ginger for garnish
Instructions
- Brew a fresh cup of strong coffee.
- Stir in the gingerbread syrup and molasses for a sweet, spiced flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 shot of coffee espresso
- 1 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of coffee liqueur (like KahlĂșa)
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans for garnish (find out what the beans mean on top of an espresso martini).
Instructions
- Brew a fresh shot of espresso using a coffee machine or cafetiere and let it cool slightly.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and a handful of ice.
- Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

Irish coffee
