    • Whipped cream (optional)
    • Ground cinnamon or ginger for garnish

    Instructions

    2. In a small saucepan, heat the eggnog over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
    3. Pour the hot coffee into a mug, then add the warm eggnog and stir gently to combine.

    5. For a boozy twist, add a splash of rum or bourbon and finish with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

    Espresso martini

We’re big espresso martini fans, especially festive ones around Christmas time. They’re pretty simple to make and as long as you’ve got coffee and a cocktail set, you’re flying.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso using a coffee machine or cafetiere and let it cool slightly.
    2. In a cocktail shaker, add the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and a handful of ice.
    3. Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
    4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
    5. Garnish with a couple of whole coffee beans for that extra touch of festive flair.

    Irish coffee

Nothing says "festive" like a classic Irish Coffee.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
    • 1 shot of Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or to taste)
    • Heavy cream, lightly whipped

    Instructions

    1. Brew a fresh cup of your favourite coffee.
    2. Stir in the brown sugar while the coffee is still hot, ensuring it dissolves completely.
    3. Add the Irish whiskey and stir gently.
    4. Top with a spoonful of lightly whipped cream, allowing it to float on top.
    5. Serve with a stirring stick for your guests to mix in the cream, or let it sit for a creamy finish.
