It comes from a community of over 500 smallholder farmers, each one carefully drying and sorting their cherries before delivering them to the washing station. The result is a clean, fruit-forward cup with proper depth — a real showcase of what natural process coffee can be when it's done right.

Natural process — also known as dry process — means the coffee cherries are dried whole, fruit and all, before the beans are removed. It’s a slower method, but it gives the coffee that bold, fruity character you don’t get from washed coffees.

Perfect way to make Ugandan Coffee

African Moon works beautifully as a pour-over — especially with a slightly coarser grind and water just off the boil (around 92–94°C). Expect the cherry sweetness to shine through when brewed slow. It’s also a solid pick for French press or batch brew, thanks to its full body and clean finish.
