Gorilla Summit is a Honey Processed Coffee
Honey processing sits between washed and natural methods. The skin is removed, but some of the sticky fruit layer stays on the bean during drying, which changes how sugars are absorbed.
That usually gives more sweetness and body than a fully washed coffee, while keeping more clarity than a full natural. You get a rounder mouthfeel, softer texture, and fruit notes that feel integrated rather than heavy.
In this coffee, that’s why the cup tastes sweet and full without losing structure. It keeps good flavour definition from start to finish, and if you want the full breakdown, we’ll link our honey-processing guide.

Coffee is nicely packaged and tastes really fresh. Very smooth and rounded but maybe not robust enough for me personally. Strength notes on your online shop would be very helpful.
Overall, lovely product, just not for me.
Wanted to hunt out a local coffee roaster but one I knew was also used locally in a number of coffee shops. Certainly impressed with the freshness of the coffee, quick delivery and the ever so impressive packaging and branding.
